At Aurra, every detail is designed with intention — from the dresses we create to the way they reach you. Below is everything you need to know about our delivery, returns, and refunds.

Delivery

• We currently deliver to Cairo and Giza.

• Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days from the date of purchase.

• Please note that courier fees apply whether an order is accepted or refused.

Returns & Exchanges

• We want you to love what you wear. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 2 days of delivery.

• Items must remain unworn, unwashed, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of purchase, subject to availability of the desired item.

Refunds

• Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Any delivery costs related to the return or exchange will need to be covered by the customer.
